I hold a Certificate ⅠⅤ in Small Business Management, and am the author of the Australian Data Breach Toolkit, including the Data Breach Response Plan, detailing actions to comply with the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) Act 2017, including resources for communicating with the Australian Cybercrime Online Reporting Network, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ScamWatch, Australian Securities and Investments Commission, and Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

I maintain MyFENG’s IT resources and infrastructure, including:

• the purchase, deployment, security, maintenance, and support for frontline laptops and phones

• peripherals including printers and scanners

• networking including wired and wireless cabling and access points

• backend servers and services

• communications including telecommunications and internet access and hosting

• software and website development and integration

• and user training for the use of all of these.

I also evaluate and budget for the appropriate equipment and services, including designing and periodically testing the Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity process.

I am responsible for achieving and verifying technical, contractual, and statutory compliance for Data Integrity/Security, Digital Privacy, Electronic Payments, Data Reporting, and Backup/Availability.
