What We Promise

The MyFENG promise is to provide innovative assessment and gap training to support Recognition of Prior Learning and face-to-face delivery of the performance criteria required to satisfy the standards set by ASQA from time to time in order to meet Nationally Recognised qualification requirements as well as bespoke training packages.

MyFENG promises that confirmed bookings will not be cancelled for lack of numbers and we will do everything possible to honour the time and date confirmed.

Qualifications on our scope meet the requirements of ASQA, our governing body.

What You Promise

A confirmed booking will incur a non-refundable fee and your promise to pay in full on invoice unless prior payment arrangement has been agreed by us in writing.

We reserve the right to make changes to our fee structure and operations at any time and you are responsible for having understood the terms and conditions that apply at the time of confirmation.

No refund will be agreed on the basis of change of mind or other circumstances that has not been previously agreed by us and confirmed in writing.

Nationally Recognised qualifications are GST exempt.

These terms and conditions are current as at 1st January 2022 and remain enforceable until updated with a new version.
